SHIPPING POLICY

SHIPPING TO OVER 200 COUNTRIES

We are proud to offer international shipping services. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries we will contact you.

 

CUSTOMS

​

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.

SHIPPING TIME

​

Orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours and delivered within 3-7 business days. If you require rushed orders please reach out to customer support in your vCard dashboard. Shipping time varies by location.

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped. If you have any other questions, please contact customer support in your vCard dashboard, and we will do our best to help you out.

For Returns & Exchanges

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY​

 

RETURNS

​

If you are having issues with your device we will work with you to fix the issue. If the issue cannot be fixed then we will exchange the product at no cost to you. However, if you have changed your device URL and the device does not work we will change the url back to the working url. If you do not want to keep the working URL, then you will need to order a new device.​ To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. ​​

 

REFUND (if applicable)

Kindly, return the device and we will release your refund within 48 hours; from the point that the device was returned and received at the distribution center. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. ​

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS(if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@wavetaplink.com.

 

SALES ITEMS RETURNS

Items that were purchased in a sale may not be eligible for returns. However, if they are eligible then the return value will be the sale price paid for the original item.

 

 

EXCHANGE (if applicable)

 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at thepreciousturner@gmail.com You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
